1. Responsible for draft and review all contracts and legal documents and provide legal advice.
2. Provide legal advice and solution for company major business decision-making and business in solar projects.
3. Participate in drafting and reviewing all business negotiations, contracts and other legal documents, follow up and inspect contract signing, regulate management process of legal documents.
4. Provide legal support for Company investments, joint ventures or other projects, including but not limited to: legal risk assessment before projects establishment and participate in project negotiations activities.
5. Handle and manage all disputes, including: negotiate in non-litigation period, handle and coordinate dispute into the legal process.
6. Continuously monitor compliance by the company with local law and regulations, as well as PRC laws and regulations.
7. Manage outside counsel, including minimize the cost of outside counsel.
8. Train commercial / operation teams on terms and conditions issues, compliance and dispute management.
9. Work with other members of the legal team to identify and implement process improvements.
10. Lead / support special projects assigned from time to time.

Qualification Criteria
1. University Degree in Law;
2. Bachelor or above degree in Law is must, education overseas is a plus;
3. 5-10 years of experience gained from working with law firm and/or legal department of a multi-national corporation;
4. Strong written and oral communication skills in English are must, other language such as Spanish is a plus;
5. Ability to take initiative and act independently with good judgement and strong business acumen;
6. Problem solving attitude, pragmatism, flexibility and resilience;
7. Travelling overseas and in China to be expected;
8. Experience in solar/energy industry or auction projects is a plus.
