1. Provide high-quality legal support for the company.

2. Draft and review agreements regarding to all aspects of the company’s operation, including but not limited to purchasing agreement, sales agreement, collaboration agreement, tenant agreement and employment agreement.

3. Provide advices for legal issues, including matters related to anti-unfair competition, biding, construction, system integration, investment and financing.

4. Assist Legal&Compliance Department to do risk control and compliance investigation.

5. Track and report on developments in legislation and case law related to the Company’s business.

6. All other duties as assigned.
