- Him/herself in developments of law and additional fields of the law

Qualification required
o Professional Education
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in law or equivalent
- PRC bar qualification required
o Work experience (type)
- Professional legal experience (minimum three years)
- Practice as inhouse counsel or as attorney
- Working experience in an international environment (abroad, foreign invested company, international law firm)
o Special knowledge/skills
- Sound understanding of corporate and business law
- Excellent legal skills
- Proficiency in English
- Sound judgement and profound negotiation skills
- Commercial understanding and entrepreneurial approach
