• Regional role covering countries/regions in Asia Pacific region except for mainland China  
• Reviewing and drafting conveyancing and tenancy agreements for Asia Pacific region with special focus on South Asia Pacific, Japan and Korea
• Reviewing, negotiating, drafting and advising on commercial agreements including construction agreements, distribution arrangements, procurement, licence agreements, services agreements, IT agreements, supply agreements, marketing agreements and all ancillary documentation in relation thereto
• Advisory advice to management teams of local entities in Asia Pacific
• Researching legal issues and updating Legal team on new legal developments
• Managing external counsels across Asia Pacific
• Basic labour law knowledge for Hong Kong a bonus

• trained at a leading law firm with at least 6 years PQE qualified solicitor in Hong Kong
• be able to operate with minimal supervision and in direct contact with internal clients
• have experience in dealing with cross border matters involving working with foreign lawyers
• some in-house experience an advantage (whether by way of secondment or a move in-house)
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
