The Hub currently consists of 6 colleagues and serves various countries and businesses around the world. Your job will be very diverse and interesting and offers the opportunity to get an excellent overview of what Siemens does. You will work exclusively for the Digital Industries Software business. Siemens Digital Industries Software (DI SW) is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software. The Legal team of DI SW is a global team based in various locations all over the world with a headquarter in the US. As business enablers we advise and support the software business in all legal matters with a strong focus on commercial transactions. We are a highly motivated and innovative team, closely connected and collaborating on a day-to-day basis across the globe. You will support the business in commercial transactions, especially software and cloud related transactions, but also in procurement and marketing questions. You will review and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, reseller contracts and support other commercial requests in German and English language. How does that sound? Our perfect candidate must have… - Fluency in written and spoken French and English is a must (including ability to draft and negotiate contracts in both languages). Both languages need to be mastered at a C2 level. - Experience of at least 2 years in the drafting/review/negotiation of contracts/agreements in a law firm or as part of an inhouse legal team. - Strong communication skills and excellent capabilities as a team player. - High awareness of client satisfaction and strong ability to work with different cultures. Nice if you have · Knowledge of French law either through studies or work experience. · Additional language skills in a European language, especially Italian, Spanish or German · Basic knowledge in data protection · Knowledge of Portuguese on a conversational level The contract term is limited to 2 years (project-related).
