About Our Team
The Legal Team at Lenovo provides expert advice and counsel across all
business and functional areas at Lenovo, and across all markets in which the
company operates.
What You Will Do
You will have the opportunity to work alongside lawyers and business
professionals operating out of our U.S. Headquarters office in Morrisville,
NC, as well as teams elsewhere in the U.S. and around the world. You will
receive a variety of assignments, including commercial technology contracts,
disputes and litigation, corporate projects and M&A, and matters ranging from
employment law to international trade to intellectual property and regulatory
matters. Just a couple examples: you may get involved in a project piloting
the use of Artificial Intelligence software in contract review; working with
inside and outside counsel on active litigation; or supporting aspects of a
high-value technology sales opportunity with a Fortune 100 company.
Who You Are
You need curiosity; the willingness to dive into a complex matter and offer
your best thinking; the ability to find a solution, not just provide
information; and interest in seeing how lawyers address risk and add value in
a corporate environment.
It would be a plus if you have a background, or at least an interest, in
technology and in working with people from different backgrounds and
countries.

#### Position Requirements:
Required:
• JD candidate having completed at least one year of law school
Preferred:
• Work experience prior to law school is preferred
• Background in the technology field is preferred (either through work, study,
or extracurriculars)
• Client/customer-focused outlook with demonstrated ability to work
collaboratively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Some international experience or work on global teams a plus
• Strong classroom performance
• Able to present innovative, original
