Our client is an innovative technology start up business with a focus on AR/VR technology. They are founded by doctors from MIT, and have finished their 3 rounds of financing. They are looking to expand their business further through both organic growth and acquisitions, and plan to go IPO in the future.

Overall legal head role with reporting to CFO but works with CEO closely.

Manage general corporate legal affairs, but with a key focus on IP related issues.

Provide legal support for company's further financing.

We are looking for candidate with 5-8 years of experience, with a strong IP background, education has to come from 985/211 universities, ideally with overseas education as well.

Experience in reputable law firm with IP focus would be highly preferred.

Highly motivated and interested in joining a start up business, willing to accept a package with lower base and higher upside.

Presentable, articulate, able to communicate quite well.

Opportunity to work with an IT start up business with potential IPO plan.

Playing a key role in protecting company's IP rights.
