Position Summary

 

Analog is seeking a self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented executive administrative professional to provide support to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Corporate, Securities & M&A and Vice President, Associate General Counsel, IP. 

 

This person will be responsible for providing administrative and project management support, and managing schedules, travel and legal billing matters for the Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Corporate, Securities & M&A and Vice President, Associate General Counsel, IP. Candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment, building successful working relationships inside and outside of the company.

 

Location:                                             Wilmington, Massachusetts (Corporate Headquarters)

 

Reporting to:                                     Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Corporate, Securities & M&A

 

Key Job Responsibilities

 

  • Complex calendar management
  • Travel coordination and communicated travel itineraries
  • Prepare executive expense reports
  • Drafting, editing and proofreading documents
  • Helping to onboard new legal team members
  • Support other senior team members on the Legal and Risk Oversight team as appropriate (calendar management, travel, etc.)
  • Maintain project calendars and help drive key projects
  • Create legal billing matters and coordinate with the Legal Operations team on billing-related projects
  • Maintain corporate files
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Partner with other Executive Assistant team members to ensure consistent processes
  • Have fun and help others do the same

 

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Calendar, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Experience with executive level calendar management
  • Experience with domestic and/or international travel coordination
  • Experience with LegalTracker, or other legal e-billing tool (preferred)
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Maturity, professional demeanor and personal discretion to interact with business leaders and directors
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changes in environment and responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organization and time managements skills with an attention to detail and proactive follow-up
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
