Responsible for supporting day-to-day activities of Legal area in the Technological, Digital and Analytical way of working with the aim of learning practical knowledge of Legal Department, and understanding business area, the company and industry.

Job Description:

Legal
• Do legal research on legal development within the insurance and related industries;
• Assist the Legal team in providing legal advice;
• Coordinate and facilitate all corporate exercises involving the Company;
• Work with internal stakeholders on project basis, when required;
• Assist the Legal Manager in filing the proper records of corporate documents and contracts; and
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Corporate Secretarial
• Assist on logistic arrangement of Board of Directors and Board Audit Committee meetings;
• Assist in drafting and arranging the execution of resolutions;
• Physically attend to the filing of relevant document with the Insurance and Pension Department and/or other relevant authorities;
• Assist the filing of the Company’s statutory records; and
 

Job Requirement:

• A fresh graduate from Bachelor Degree of Law or related field;  

• Be professional in both written and verbal communication; and  

• Proficient English  

• Committed and willing to learn and grow in Legal Profession
