Responsibilities:

• Provide advice on and handle general commercial transactions and compliance matters
• Report to the Head of Legal

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Law discipline
• Hong Kong qualified lawyer and a minimum of 5 years of PQE in corporate and commercial transactions
• Experience in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts in English and Chinese, as well as experience in handling PRC transactions and intellectual property matters.
• Knowledge of general commercial and corporate finance and compliance matters
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
