Responsibilities:
- Handling various SEC filings, working with reporting, IR and outside counsel to prepare disclosure documents
- Board/committee meeting preparation, drafting minutes
- Insider trading management
- General corporate and risk oversight matters
Requirements:
- Education: LL.M. with overseas background
- Be responsible
- Have strong communication skills
- Good command of English
- Pay attention to details
