• Catering Industry：
• 1. Graduate from law related major.
  2. Bar Registration: Passed Chinese Bar and qualified to work as a lawyer.
  3. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in law firms and/or as in-house counsel. Having experience in franchising, marketing, food safety is a plus.
  4. Job Description: The candidate shall be in charge of legal matters relating to the Franchising Department, Marketing Department's contracts, Trademarks, Patent, Utility Model, Design and Copyrights.
  5. Job Tasks:
  a) Drafting, Reviewing and Finalizing Franchising Documents and Contracts, including NDA, Sub-Franchise Agreements, Addendums and etc..
  b) Drafting, Reviewing and Finalizing Marketing Documents and Contracts, including Cooperation Agreements, Advertisement Production Agreements, Advertisement Spot Agreements, Membership Projects, Innovative Projects and etc..
  c) Handling with the Trademark, Patent, Utility Model, Design and Copyright Matters.
  d) Supporting Marketing and IT projects and contracts.
  6. Working Language: Mostly in English. Therefore need to be in good command of writing and speaking in English.
  7. Others: Communication skills, interdisciplinary approach, having a good understanding of IT and technology, energetic and willing to travel.
