Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to legal issues arising from business operations;
• Draft, review, comment and proof-reading commercial agreements and documents written in English and Chinese;
• Conduct legal research if necessary
• Provide administrative and legal support to the Department.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• HK Qualified Lawyer
• Preferably with at least 3 years of PQE experience with solid background from brokerage, fund house or investment bank
• Fluency in both written & spoken Mandarin and English.
