职位描述:
1、Opportunities to be involved in and grow with the overseas business expansion of a China originated Internet company to acquire invaluable first-hand experience and develop cross-border transaction skills;
2、Participate in international projects, including foreign entity incorporation, corporate structure, corporate governance, employee stock incentive plans and compliance;
3、Analyze international market’s legal and compliance environment, business trends and industry metrics to aid decision-making;
4、Prepare memoranda and summaries of legal research; help draft and review legal documents.
职位要求:
1、Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university; a LLM degree in US/UK is preferred;
2、Three to five years legal experience in a reputable PRC or international law firm or equivalent position in Internet companies or multi-national corporations. Candidates need to have relevant cross board transaction or outbound investment experience;
3、Strong oral and written Chinese and English communication skills;
4、Organized, efficient and solid; positive working attitude and good team work spirit.
