Main Responsibilities職責

• Provide legal and compliance support to company business units in Hong Kong，overseas and Mainland China
• 為公司在香港、海外和中國內地各業務單位提供法律及和合規上支援
• Draft and review a variety of commercial agreements and documents, mainly relating to Logistics Industry
• 草擬和審核公司各種商務合同（主要為物流行業相關，包括租賃及投資）
• Provide timely legal advices and assistance to Company
• 為公司提供及時的法律意見及協助
• Report to the management of Company
• 向公司管理層匯報
• Complete ad hoc projects, researches and duties assigned from time to time
• 完成不時指定的項目工作、研究和任務

Job Requirements 要求

• A University degree holder in Law (full time) or above
• 全日制大學本科法學專業畢業
• Qualified in Hong Kong or PRC legal profession
• 持有中國或香港法律職業資格
• With good knowledge of PRC laws，preferably having qualified in PRC legal profession
• 熟悉中國內地法律，有中國法律職業資格優先
• With good knowledge of Hong Kong company laws
• 熟悉香港公司法律
• Familiar with the procedures for corporation’s formation, change on registration and dissolution
• 熟悉公司注冊、變更和注銷程序
• Working experience in Hong Kong or overseas companies (PRC background) is an advantage.
• 有在港或境外中資企業工作背景優先
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua) (both as the working language)
• 以英語作為工作語言，普通話流利可進行工作上交流
