Job Description
Responsibilities:
+ Perform full range of legal, compliance, and administrative support to the Legal Department
+ Administering AECOM’s state of the art ethics and compliance systems
+ Assisting to procure insurance certificates and renewal of insurance certificates in relation to various AECOM Sites
+ Assisting in corporate secretarial duties
+ Drafting, preparing and processing legal documents, forms, and reports
Minimum Requirements
+ Holder of a degree in any discipline with some legal training.
+ Minimum 5 years working experience in sizeable multinational corporations. Working as a paralegal, legal secretary or legal executive in a law firm or in an in-house legal team would be an advantage but not essential.
+ Relevant experience working in the construction and engineering industry would also be an advantage;
+ Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese AND Putonghua);
+ Robust knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel;
+ Mature and pleasant, excellent attention to detail skills;
+ Embrace a fast-paced working environment and able to cope with changes and react immediately to instructions and ability to multi-task;
+ Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a part of a team;
+ Well-organized, able to work independently with limited supervision and meet tight deadlines
