Job Responsibilities :-

• To manage and advice on legal and compliance matters within business operations, business dealing, management activities, etc ;
• To draft, review and negotiate various types of contracts, such as licensing agreements, sales agreements, non-disclosure agreements, memorandum, etc. ;
• To support, implement and ensure compliance of contractual agreements, trade related documents and provide professional advises to management ;
• Monitor compliance and legal administrative matters within the company, including handle claims, commercial dispute, policies and practices, etc.

Job Requirements :-

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years post-qualified experience ;
• Experience in corporate law specialized in compliance and contractual managements with a reputable law firm or as an in-house legal advisor ;
