Siemens Finance Leasing Ltd, Legal Recovery Manager 西门子财务租赁有限公司 法务催收经理 Introduction 职位引言 To establish and execute the right legal strategy and actions on the default customer to reduce company's loss What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？ · Take the lead to monitor legal recovery procedures, propose the legal strategy and execute the legal actions as required by SFLL. · Work together with SLC Legal Service Team on retention of external law firms/collection agent, evaluation of external counsel’s performance to ensure the service quality of the external law firms/collection agent. · Interfacing and coordinating with outsourcing external legal firms/collection agent and SLC Legal Service Team on any legal recovery topic of SFLL. · Prepare, review the legal documents (e.g. reply letters, reminder letters, warning letters. MoUs, etc.) which are used in pre-legal collection process; prepare, review the arbitration/litigation/enforcement documents (e.g. arbitration/litigation application, enforcement application, asset preservation application, asset preservation objection, etc.) which are used in legal proceedings; ensure the quality of the legal documents. · Report to Management the status of legal recovery cases on a regular and event-driven basis and excellent legal recovery management on the legal cases to minimizing the loss and maximizing recoveries. · Be able to adopt collection system and decision tools to improve collection efficiency and effectiveness. · Manage and strengthen the relationship with the cooperated legal partner /court /arbitration committee. · Coach the junior collectors on legal actions and legal recovery skills What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？ Experience- - Rich experience in law suit/legal proceeding be familiar with the process of arbitration\litigation\enforcement and the related law of China. - Solid legal recovery/collection experience in banks or other financial institutions preferred. - Exposure to international companies will be a plus.
