Support the function head of Legal, Risk & Compliance in handling the legal, risk and compliance issues of the Company and to ensure the effective development, implementation and monitoring of regulatory/Group compliance related policies, documents and guidelines

Roles and Responsibilities:

Regular audit, monitoring and reporting duties 

• Generate and prepare monitoring reports
• Perform preliminary review, audit check, monitoring to support supervisor’s monitoring and reporting duties on a regular or ad-hoc basis

Documentation and admin support

• Provide documentation and admin supports to the LRC Team

Regulatory enquiries

• Process, document and filing of enquiries received from government bodies
• Prepare replies for general enquiries from Court and other government bodies

Others

• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically as assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements
• Keep track of deadlines or submission timeline of LRC team
• Due Diligence or investigative research tasks as assigned
• You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or Business with 1~2 years working experience
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and with good problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, independent and be able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a definite advantage
