Our client is the first company to build up and integrate the two platforms of new drug R&D and diagnosis.

Provide day-to-day legal consulting and service for business operation;

Draft, review and administrate various kinds of commercial contracts and legal documents;

Conduct legal research and update PRC legal development;

Conduct legal training to business departments;

Conduct any other assignments designated by Legal Director.

A minimum of bachelor's degree in law (other advanced degree or professional qualification, e.g. China National Judicial Exam will be advantageous);

A minimum of 3 years of experience in legal work (work experience in biotech or medicine industry will be preferred)

Previous work experience in a law firm will be preferred;

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;

Strong critical thinking and analytic skills;

Good communication skills;

Proficiency in MS Office (particularly WORD, PowerPoint, EXCEL).
