Your daily responsibilities will include the following: Attending to and revising contracts in Bulgarian and English language Performing legal research (legal literature and jurisdiction), including regulatory topics Resolving and conducting simple advisory meetings with businesses on legal/contractual questions Preparing legal correspondence and supporting in the legal counseling of project teams Providing support in the establishment of a database with sample contracts and other legal documents As well as providing support in trade law activities and in registrations in the Bulgarian Commercial Register What we’re looking for in our newest team member: A student or young professional at the end of their Law Education A very good understanding (written and spoken) of English and Bulgarian language Knowledge of MS Office Responsibility, motivation, and attention to detailAlready intrigued?
