Position Description: The Lenovo Commercial Services Product Development Director will be responsible for building Support Services and Lifecycle products and offerings for the Commercial Services business through the management of a team of Product and Project Managers.  This will include understanding the Support Services & Lifecycle Services market, building a Lenovo point of view of Services needed and creating a strategy in this space.  The role will take this strategy and turn it into a product strategy and products with a clear value proposition that can easily be communicated to Lenovo sales teams and customers.  The Lenovo Commercial Services business is a rapidly growing business, and the candidate should be prepared to work in a fast paced environment. The Lenovo Commercial Services Product Development Director works with Lenovo Services geographies, the Commercial organization and other internal stake holders worldwide to understand priorities and align on product strategy and roadmaps.  She/he will manage a team of Product and Project Managers to deliver offerings & products on time and within budget.  This manager will have to build a significant portion of this team by hiring talented individuals with the right experience and skillsets that also fit into the team culture.  The candidate should have 10+ years of experience in a combination of IT Technology, Services or Product Development.  This candidate should have strong leadership skills, ability to communicate verbally and in writing with leadership executives and the ability to independently create a vision and drive results.  People management experience preferred, especially experience building a team. #### Position Requirements: Position Requirements: • Be an expert in the Support Services & Lifecycle space with regards to competitive landscape, technology & customer needs • Create product & offerings strategy in the Support Services & Lifecycle space • Build and launch offers and products to win in the marketplace resulting in increased Services revenue by effectively managing a team • Work closely with other development leaders within Lenovo (Hardware, Services, Software, etc) to align strategies and ensure cohesive product portfolio • Work closely with geographies and other Services organizations worldwide to understand priorities & turn this into plans for driving results • Represent Lenovo Services interests in meetings with partners & internal colleagues Required Qualifications: • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree a plus • 10+ years of IT technology and/or PC Services experience • 5+ years of product development or similar experience • Management experience preferred, especially experience building effective teams • Strong executive presence & leadership skills • High level of communication & presentation skills • Strong business & financial acumen • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative approach to meeting business objectives and ability to influence at all levels of matrixed organizations • Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
