Lenovo Latin America Spanish (LAS) Services Business Intelligence Manager will
be responsible for oversee and supervise effective support operation to LAS
Service Delivery.
Suitable candidate will provide strategic direction, stability; and through
leadership, optimize processes, evaluate warranty cost structure and seek
potential savings opportunities with service tower owners to improve overall
spend.
Position Description:
Lenovo Latin America Spanish (LAS) Services Business Intelligence Manager will
be responsible for oversee and supervise effective support operation to LAS
Service Delivery.
Suitable candidate will provide strategic direction, stability; and through
leadership, optimize processes, evaluate warranty cost structure and seek
potential savings opportunities with service tower owners to improve overall
spend.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead Service Cost management presentations to Senior Management as well as
guarantee delivery of key cost & operational reporting
• Organize and set-up Warranty cost budget and forecast reviews
• Supervise key Cost and Service Delivery KPIs that affect directly to overall
cost structure
• Establish monthly BMS with all service owners to review cost and operational
trends
• Guarantee efficient billing validation and payment processes are performed
to our warranty support vendors (Authorized Service Providers, Logistics,
Customer Engagement Center, etc)
• Execute enhancements through automation of recurring processes and
operational visibility expansion (RPA deployments, Power BI / Qlinkview
developments)
• Support key WW & local BT deployments that enhance operational efficiencies
• Foster direct report’s career development plan to continue team growth
opportunities
#### Position Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Finance, Economics, Accounting)
• At least 5 years of experience in Operations, Finance or Service Delivery
roles
• Proven ability to manage a regional team, with flexibility to change
priorities as required by Lenovo’s best interest.
• Understanding of financial statements, cost recognition
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of operations and support processes, which includes:
o knowledge of warranty service process and policies
o Knowledge of Big Data applications (i.e. Power BI, Qlik Sense)
• Proficient English and Spanish
