Position Description: The Lenovo Partner Sold Partner Delivered Product Manager will be responsible for helping build a solution that allows Lenovo partners to deliver all or parts of a Lenovo service that the partner sells to a customer.  This project is strategically important to Lenovo Services as it will allow for more sales within Channel as we build a “better together” story.  The Partner Sold Partner Delivered project will consist of a cross-functional team that will design the partner program (including incentives, compensation, measurement, etc), build the infrastructure required for execution and define how the different Services products will align to the program.  In particular, the Partner Sold Partner Delivered Product Manager will own how the products will align with the program and ensuring the products are set up the correct way for success.  This will include thinking through which elements can be delivered by partners and what criteria needs to be set up to ensure the success of the product.  Initially the product focus will be on Premier Support, Lenovo’s highest-level support service, but will also include enabling managed services.  Additionally, this person will input into the other pieces of the project to best ensure success for product performance. This role works with Lenovo Services geographies, the Channel organization and other internal stake holders worldwide to understand priorities and align on product strategy and success.  The candidate will work in a highly cross- functional team and in a somewhat ambiguous environment as this program takes shape.  The candidate should have 10+ years of experience in a combination of IT Technology, Services, Channel or Product Development.  This candidate should have strong leadership skills, ability to communicate verbally and in writing with leadership executives and the ability to work independently to drive results.  Channel experience required with Services and/or Product Development experience preferred. #### Position Requirements: • Be the expert in Services product & Channel applicability for this project • Define requirements for Services products across the portfolio to be successful in the Partner Sold Partner Delivered program • Work collaboratively with the cross-functional team to input requirements focused on the success of Services products in the Partner Sold Partner Delivered program • Work closely with stakeholders (GEO sales leaders, segment leaders, delivery) to understand priorities & ensure product requirements meet the needs of these organizations • Assist in defining the value of the program as an input into the Marketing organization for the creation of Marketing materials Required Qualifications: • Bachelors degree required • 10+ years of IT technology, Services, Channel or Product Development • 5+ years of Channel experience • Strong leadership skills • Self-starting & ability to deal with ambiguity • Strong communication & presentation skills • Good business & financial acumen • Collaborative approach to meeting business objectives and ability to work at all levels of an organization • Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
