Job Description
Position Description: This position will be a pivotal part of the North America Lenovo.com business responsible for our student segment.  This is a hybrid role responsible for setting strategy and driving day to day business.  The success of this role will be measured against revenue, profit and customer satisfaction targets. The ideal candidate will be engaged with several extended teams in order to drive the best customer experience and must be able to work proactively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment to meet aggressive targets. Skills • 3-5 years of sales or program management experience in an ecommerce environment • Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies • Experience negotiating partner contracts & onboarding new accounts • Ability to clearly and professionally communicate Lenovo’s strategy to partners • Ability to manage multiple sales engagements and prioritize tasks independently • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required • Must possess a positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative and energetic team environment • Fine attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate end-results • Ability to analyze metrics and make decisions based on results • Advanced skills in PowerPoint & Excel, must be comfortable building and working in pivot tables #### Position Requirements: • Identify key growth opportunities in the student segment and drive cross functional execution • Interface with product, marketing and merchandising teams to prioritize selling efforts, product promotions, content & information • Develop quarterly marketing & media plans to maximize program success • Leverage data to assess efficiency of marketing efforts to drive program improvements • Manage ID.me program for students, teachers, military and +50 • Build rapport with relationship sales teams while promoting CPP programs • Own and update the CPP toolbox which consists of materials used to promote the program o Break room posters Field reps can place onsite o Introductory presentation about CPP o FAQ cards for sales teams We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
