岗位职责/About the Role
- Manage and utilize our in-house ticket management system and operation tasks to solve and allocate incoming requests from our clients.
- 管理和操作内部 Ticket 系统,协调受理并解决客户提交的需求
- Communicate and build good relationships with our clients using email
- 维护客户关系 (处理并回复客户的邮件,与客户维持良好的沟通)
- Provide technical support to our internal teams in Nanjing and across all our offices
- 与内部团队协同为南京团队以及分公司团队提供技术支持
职位要求/About You
- Bachelor degree above, Major in Information Technology related
- 全日制本科以上学历 (计算机科学,软件工程相关专业)
- Good English skills in both written and verbal
- 良好的英语写作和口语能力,可以适应全英文工作环境(CET6级,雅思6.5)
- Customer service, call center, service desk experience in an English working environment will be highly desirable
- 全英文工作环境下的客户服务中心,软件公司Help Desk的工作/实习经验为佳
- Self-driven, with excellent self-learning ability
- 自治力强,出色的自学能力
- Enjoys solving and uncovering problems good at finding and solving problems
- 能够在很快的时间掌握系统操作善于发现并解决问题
- High working efficiency, good time management ability, proper control of working hours and timely response to clients' requests
- 执行力强,做事效率高,有较好的时间管理能力,能妥善的控制工作时间并及时回复客户的问题。

培训期间 (Training Period - 6 months)
周一至周五 9:00 - 17:30
Monday to Friday 9:00 -17:30
培训期后 (After 6 months)
2天白班(8:30 AM-8:30 PM),2天夜班 8:30 PM-8:30 AM),连休4天
2 days shifts(8:30 AM-8:30 PM),2 night shifts(8:30 PM-8:30 AM), 4 days day off
