Responsibilities:

Administrative work for levy collection
- Liaise with contractors, authorized persons and/or owners on cases
- Input and maintain data in the computer system
- Follow up on outstanding levy
- Handle other duties assigned by supervisors and Secretary General
- 2 posts available: One is yearly renewal contract post and another one is a temporary post for about 14 weeks.
Requirements:
- Secondary graduate (full cert) with at least 3 years of relevant experience or university graduate
- Reliable, independent, cooperative and well organized with good time management skills to meet tight deadlines
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word etc)
- Immediate available preferred
Starting monthly salary will be commensurate with applicant's relevant experience.
