Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain effective security management system for the company operations according to the clients' requirements 
• Plan and supervise the security operations of the Premises 
• Ensure security services quality provided to clients and of high standard including training of security personnel, conducting periodic drills and exercises 
• Manage and motivate an effective security operations team to oversee the security services provided to clients 

Requirements

• Form 6 or above 
• Minimum 7 years' work experience in security service industry/ disciplinary service  
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory level in security service industry, experience in shopping malls is preferred
• Excellent leadership with practical knowledge and good problem-solving skills 
• Self-motivated with professional appearance and be customer-oriented 
• Strong analytical mind with good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Supervisor 
• Holder of valid driving license is preferred 
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Certificate of First Aid/ Train the Trainer/ Safety Supervisor is preferred
