We are engineering a new way of engaging students in deeper and better English learning and critical thinking outside classroom. By involving students with measured English proficiency in the professionally curated library, our experienced library instructors will interact with and offer one-to-one guidance to your children and help them improve skills on reading, writing, speaking, and ultimately integrating English comfortably to critical thinking.

A library instructor’s main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
. Interact and guide: The students will present an English book report on a chosen book from our library selections. You will subsequently assess the content of the report, interact with the students on varied topics on the book, and guide the students to better understanding on both the book’s content and use of English as a language art.
. Assess and recommend: Each student’s language proficiency dwells on different spots across the spectrum. You will need to identify their current level by assessing their reading, writing and speaking skills so that you can later recommend specific book selections or book report framework accordingly to further improve the students’ English language Skills.

We are currently looking for experienced teachers to help grow our library centers. We want experienced teachers who can mentor new staff, contribute to teacher training and share their experience with others. Requirements:
1、Native English speaker with BA degree or above
2、2 years teaching experience
3、Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as being able to work independently
4、Love reading and working with children
5、 Working Hours: 5 days a week, 2 days off on weekdays
