This specialist is responsible for coordinating all the licensing projects. You will own communications as the point of contact for licensed partners for the submission and approval for all developmental items related to licensing projects based on Ubisoft brands.

A primary function of this role will be assisting with the dissemination of IP sensitive assets and supervising product and project approvals. We need this lead to coordinate internal and external communication on creative direction in line with all business leads, oversee creative/concept reviews and partner with our robust cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of world class brand experiences.

A day in the life as a Licensing Specialist.

• Responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects including the approvals on the design and marketing items.
• Assist new and existing licensees or agents in the use of our creative assets and supervise within the licensing approval systems. making sure all concept development is routed through our internal approval system.
• Serve as a liaison with regional creative and to acquire up to date brand assets and requests for new assets
• Track, Monitor and continually adjust all project schedules.
• Administer all approval and rejection notices to agency / licensees.
• Work closely with the marketing department to synchronize the product launch plan of the licensee.
• l  Proactively coordinate communications between licensees, Brand team and Marketing team, Develop and maintain relationships with all functional departments.
• Collect, maintain and archive all licensee royalties reports.
• Provide support to all stakeholders(internal and external)for trade show and online/offline events.
• Embrace acting as a “brand ambassador” alongside the Commercial team.
• Ensure review timelines are being met and highlights outstanding items or challenges.

• College degree with 1-3 years' experience in Project Coordination.
• Must be bilingual, fluent in both English and Chinese.
• Ability to influence peers and manage both up and down to drive goals.
• Demonstrated experience with multitasking various projects simultaneously.
• Ability to partner as an inclusive and passionate colleague
• Ability to drive tactical aspects of the role while maintaining strong communication to inspire others.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office applications and presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
