The Licensing Support Analyst will provide external users with licensing support via phone, email, online meetings, and online chat.  In this position, he or she is expected to be working closely with the contract management team initially.  The job responsibilities include but not limited to:
 

• Logging all user interactions in internal CRM system
• Resending of licensing information
• Navigating the Bentley website and providing software download assistance
• Providing users with instructions and insight into proper activation of the software
• Make appropriate and necessary system contract transaction adjustments
• Discussing software Usage detailing and reporting
• Keeping user informed of how and when problems are resolved
• Appropriately referring users to other support or quality assurance areas
• Promoting a high quality, professional, service-oriented experience among users
• Additionally, serving as primary licensing liaison for assigned major accounts
