Job Description

The Life Club & Career Advancement Coordinator is responsible, on an individual and team basis, for providing students with real life and career environments and situations in which students are provided with the opportunity to use and expand upon their previously acquired English knowledge and skills. This includes delivering events of the highest standard creating topics, supporting developing materials, cooperating with teachers/guest speakers and handle routine admin work. Roles and responsibilities:

  • Deliver events of a consistently high standard in or outside centers throughout their region that clearly demonstrates the core value of Life Club & Career Advancement.


  • Create, plan, prepare, host and help deliver base and mega events as part of a team.


  • Cooperate with centers and all related out resources to deliver or promote Life Club & Career Advancement events.


  • Actively promote Life Club & Career Advancement events amongst all centers and students with multiple marketing tools.


  • Work with the Supervisor/Manager on specific work allocation and project base.


  • Work with the Supervisor/Manager on developing and marketing Life Club & Career Advancement events.


  • Communicate to students regularly to track student’s feedback and interests /needs on Life Club & Career Advancement events.


  • Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site.


Requirements: · Diploma level qualification (or equivalent) of Bachelor · Good English speaking and writing ability · Passionate about the education industry · Customer-focused and detail-oriented · Good team player in a multi-cultural environment · Flexible with working hours, able to work during weekends if required · Excellent communication skills · Event planning experience is preferable · Career Planning and HR knowledge is a plus.
