Job Description
The City Wide Life Club Coordinator is responsible, on an individual and team basis, for providing students with fun, real-life environments and situations in which students are provided with the opportunity to use and expand upon their previously acquired English knowledge and skills. This includes delivering events of the highest standard creating topics, supporting developing materials, cooperating with teachers (city wide teachers, life club reps, guest speakers etc.) and handle routine admin work.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Deliver events of a consistently high standard in or outside centers throughout their region that clearly demonstrates the core value of Life Club.
- Create, develop, prepare and help deliver regular events as part of a team.
- Cooperate with centers and all related out resources to deliver or promote life club events.
- Assist in planning and running special events.
- Actively promote Life Club events amongst all stakeholders and students.
- Work with the supervisor on specific work allocation and project base.
- Work with the Supervisor day to day to communicate all relevant information.
- Work with the Supervisor on developing and marketing Life Club events.
- Substitute for absent colleague, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site.
- Manage time effectively,
- Manage budget effectively.
- Communicate to students regularly to track student’s feedback and interests /needs on citywide events.
