· Supervise the swimming pool area and monitor the well-being of all users. Follow the Operations Manual / Lifeguard Training Manual in the event a Guest gets in to difficulty.

· Ensure the smooth running of the day to day operation, maintenance, cleanliness and safety of the pool area.

确保游泳池范围每天操作流畅、维护、洁净和安全达标。

· Provide a ‘resort style’ level of customer service to all Guests; towels, water upon arrival and prepare seating area etc.

给所有客人提供「度假风格」的服务水平；提供毛巾、客人抵达时送上冰水，还有给对方安排座位等。

· Greet and Farwell all Guests in accordance with the department brand standards.

按照部门的品牌标准迎接和道别客人。

· Check and maintain the pool set up on a regular basis.

定期检查和维持游泳池布置安排。

· Offer all Guests the Spa Menu and serve food and beverage as required.

给所有客人奉上水疗中心菜单，并按需要提供食物和饮料。

· Complete Pool and Jacuzzi readings every 2 hours and record the results on the Swimming Pool Daily Report. Inform maintenance if the readings are not to standard.

每 2 小时读取游泳池和水力按摩浴池读数，并把数据记录在游泳池日常报告中。如果读数异常，通知有关部门进行维护。

· Handle all chemicals in accordance with the Hotel safety standards and manufactures guidelines.

按照酒店安全标准和制造商指示处理任何化学品。

· Report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge.

准时上班，穿上正确的制服和配戴显示名字的胸牌。

· Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the Hotel and department grooming standards.

维持高水平的个人外表和卫生，贯彻酒店和部门的打扮标准。

· Assist the Engineering department with pool plant maintenance; daily, weekly, monthly.

协助工程部进行游泳池维护工作；每天、每星期和每月进行。

· Cover the health club as required.

· Provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.

任何时候也提供友善、有礼和专业的服务。

· Carry out opening and closing duties as required.

履行每天开业和终止营业所需的职务。

· Be fully aware of the Hotel Health and Safety policy and Fire Procedures.

全面了解酒店健康和安全政策，以及消防程序。

· Adhere to health and safety requirements by using safe working practices at all times.

在任何时候也采用安全的工作守则，紧守健康和安全要求。

· Review and recommend revision of Health & Safety / Pool Supervision policies and procedures where necessary and in accordance with local legislation.

按照需要和当地法规，检讨和建议修订健康和安全 / 游泳池监督政策和程序。

· High School diploma is required. Professional leisure / hotel qualification is desirable.

具备高中学历及职业旅游、酒店管理证书者为佳 。

· Professional Qualification (Government recognized) in Lifesaving, CPR and First Aid is essential. Nationally recognized Fitness Instructor Qualification is desirable.

必须具备拯溺、心肺复苏法和急救的专业资格（政府认可 ) 。拥有国家认可的健身导师资格更佳。

· At least 1 year’s Hotel / Club working experience.

具备至少 1 于酒店 / 健身会所工作的经验。

运动型外表，是个强壮 / 富信心的泳手。

拥有良好的时间管理技巧。

出色的沟通技巧，专注顾客需要。

跟同事合作无间，能跟所有同事发展良好的合作关系。

· Computer knowledge on: Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.

拥有 Word 、 Excel 和 PowerPoint 电脑知识为佳

· Proficiency in English is essential.

必须英文流利。

· Knowledge of a second language other than native language is desirable.

在母语以外，能懂得第二语言为佳。
