Our client is a 5-Star International Chain Hotel who has prestigious award among the best hotels in the world, reflecting the brand’s tradition of exceptional services amid luxurious surroundings. It wins five star rating awards from Forbes Travel Guide. It has about 360 luxury guest rooms, numerous high end F&B outlets and facilities such as spa, salon, swimming pools and others.

Functions :

Provide members and guests the highest level of safety with excellent guarding of the pool and enforcement of pool rules and regulations. Greet and properly register members and guests at the pool

Interacting and communicating with all the team members, peer group & management team.

Interacting with hotel guests and members reporting complaints and providing feedback to the management.

Attend regular meeting with the team to discuss any matter/issues.

Daily communication to all Life Guard regarding daily/upcoming events through use of daily briefings, pass-on logs, memos, or any other means necessary.

Deliver the service standard at the Health Club including the swimming pool to ensure that it achieves guest’s satisfaction and Hotel standard.

Continual review their duty areas to enhance the skills and service.

Share ideas with Supervisor/Management in order to improve productivity and service delivery.

Ensure compliance of daily, and opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all areas of the pool are well maintained and presentable.

Requirements :

Previous experience in a five star hotel customer service role preferred

High school equivalent

Able to speak in English, Mandarin/Cantonese

International Lifeguard Saving Skills Certification

First Aid and CPR Certification is an advantage

Have a good knowledge of pool safety and hygiene standards

Ability to enjoy both outdoor and indoor sports as a way of life

Competency with Microsoft office suite of products

An understanding of five star customer service preferred

Experience with Opera and software program is advantageous
