Provide management supports and able to create creative materials to drive impactful communications and approach to promote our Life Ops strategic projects to both internal and external stakeholders

• Support the formulation and delivery of AIA Singapore Life Operations Digital Transformation strategy
• Support in the development and drive of appropriate, impactful communications and approach to promote our strategic projects and initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders
• Develop creative content on various forms of media and manage content updates
• Support data analysis and reporting

Key Requirements:

• Good degree preferably in Business or related discipline with minimum 3 years of working experience
• Analytical with ability to synthesise data and information to logically structure and derive insights
• Strong writing, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and visual design
• Creative thinking, attention to details and a focus on delivering results
• Positive attitude and willingness to share and learn
• Independent, resourceful and adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in life insurance operations, strategy and/or communications functions would be a plus
