The Life Sciences business to accelerate the business growth of pharmaceutical and biotech companies by serving the professionals in R&D, Regulation, Business Development, Pipeline Management areas.

• Responsible for the achievement of service targets and activity goals
• Explore service opportunities in China life science market
• Devise and implement strategies for the service business
• Develop service solutions for China life science market including localize global capabilities and create new customized solutions for China customers
• Manage the service projects in terms of process, external & internal communication, collaboration, customer relationship and ensure the quality of the deliverables
• Follow closely with the business trends and issues of China pharmaceutical companies, especially for the local companies
• Initiate and contribute to the sales & marketing events and activities
• Work with sales team and Product & Solution team to enhance company's thought leadership in China life science market

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Science/Chemistry/Life Science/Biotechnology from 211 Project University
• Minimum 5-year R&D, BD, Project Management experience in pharmaceutical companies; minimum 2-year experience working in China local pharmaceutical companies; extra consulting experience will be a significant plus
• Adequate knowledge for the China pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluent English in listening, speaking, writing & reading
• A good team player / self-motivated
• A customer driven approach and good territory/customer management skills.
• Experience in working under pressure and with minimum supervision.
• Well organized and disciplined with regards to policy, procedure and standards.
• Can set priorities and be flexible in changing environment
• Confident, outgoing personality.
• The ability to effectively identify negotiates, generate and defend business revenue.
