Responsibilities:

• Mainly handle all the customer's service in Lifts and crowd control in Lobby area
• Handle all enquiries, complaints and provide support for all clients
  
  

Requirements: 

• Form 5 or above with 1 year customer service experience
• Good manner with cheerful and friendly character;
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.

Working Location: Tai Kok Tsui

Working Period: Start from Jan 2020

Working Time: Mon to Fri (Candidate must able to work 5 days)

Working hrs: 8:00am - 2:00pm with 1 hour meal break
