Job Description
This position is responsible for the implementation and completion of various plant audits for the end-users and contractors plus channel partners in general to achieve acceptable growth in incoming orders and ensure continued growth and profitability in Saudi Arabia & Bahrain. Develop and pursue short/mid-term LED sales growth objectives and plans within the region. Extensive focus on MRO business to maximize the preference for Crouse-Hinds lighting by standardizing their requirements, with special focus on Aramco, SABIC and end user accounts in Bahrain such as Bapco, GPIC etc.. Work closely with Sales Managers to create solid pipeline of plant audits, opportunities and projects. Responsible for feeding information on end-user mapping including site surveys(SABIC, Bapco, GPIC etc.) and identifying the installed base, key product and application gaps. Stays abreast of emerging technology and competitive trends. Updates customers on new products, and technologies. Works out on customer standards and align product offering. Act as the key interface between the customer and relevant departments for lighting products. Achieve your Goals for year as agreed and support the regional ROPs for LED conversion growth. Support the regional sales team in determining the lighting install base for every individual plant, and customer requirements to assure that a high level of customer satisfaction and financial strength is achieved. Conduct plant audit and present a report covering the aspects like health of lamps, gear & overall luminaire health Execute Lux level & Luminance measurements Qualifications Diploma in Engineering Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales Good command of English language (Arabic will be a plus).
