Job Purpose: Drive guests to and from destinations in Macau safely and promptly. Provide professional and courteous service to all guests. Demonstrate poise and deliver personalized service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from various locations in Macau safely and promptly.
• Carry out all job assignments given by Limousine Dispatcher.
• Follow all driving rules and traffic regulations.
• Review and study traffic conditions.
• Knowledgeable with Rolls Royce and Vellfire’s mechanism and special features.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicles at all times.
• Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the Driver’s Lounge.
• Clean and organize Limousine Department’s stock room and conduct inventory checks.
• Prepare daily amenity. Ensure water and towels are fully stocked.
• Serve pre-prepared personalized welcome amenity in the limousine.
• Report any limousine damage to the Assistant Manager immediately.
• Able to explain and recommend resort information, Macau attractions and activities.
• Perform duties assigned by the Assistant Manager.
• Demonstrate Forbes 5 Star Service standards at all times.
• Successfully pass monthly Forbes 5 Star Service evaluation.

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of driving experience, with limousine driving an advantage; confident with driving all sedan sizes; previous guest service experience in a 5-star hotel an advantage
Knowledge/Certificates: Valid Macau drivers’ license; detailed knowledge of Macau streets and attractions; excellent luxury vehicle knowledge
Education: Secondary school or above
Language Ability: Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and conversational English.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of internet, GPS and smartphone.
