Company Description:

IL Bel Pease is a large Italy shop and restaurant with different outlets across Hong Kong. We are passionate in cooking and delicious Italian cuisine taste. To meet our business expansion in Hong Kong, we are hiring an experienced and strong candidates to join our company

Responsibility:

• Setting up and Stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Following executive or sous chef’s instructions
• Cleaning up station and taking care of leftover good
• Following nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Requirements:

• Min 1-year experience in western restaurant and in Italian cuisine
• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiar with industry’s best practices with similar experience
