About The Role:
Provide linguistic services to RWS project teams, RWS localization partners and RWS Customers. Define and implement the corporate-wide concept of linguistic quality management, and address linguistic quality issues and concerns.

Responsibilities: 

• Create linguistic profile and tests for vendors.
• Provide linguistic trainings to partners (translators and reviewers).
• Create and implement QA strategy together with Production (what to review and how).
• Analyze quality metrics from partners and decide on next steps together with Vendors Relations Managment and Production.
• Arbitrate scorecards. 
• Review internal or client´s feedbacks and recommend next steps - Do follow ups to translators and reviewers.
• Use dashboards and check QA forms to analyze quality trends.
• Help answer partner´s linguistic queries.
• Communication with customers.

Requirements:

• Degree in translation.
• 2 to 5 years of experience working as freelance translator or in a Multi or single language translation agency.
• English: professional command (spoken and written). Another language knowledge is welcome.
• Advanced user of Cat Tools and MS Office package.
• QA tool handling is desired.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Responsiveness.                                    
• Focus on solution, effectiveness and quality individual responsibility.
• Analytic approach.                
• Management and organizational skills.                                
• Problem resolution skills    .                            
• Positive, proactive and communicative attitude.
