Job Description
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Deliver high-quality and engaging workshops to students ages 5 - 15.
- Coach students in the library and encourage them to maintain a good reading habit.
- Mark journals and guide students to complete their projects by giving constructive feedback
- Monitor student progress over the course of the workshop
- Attend weekly meetings with the head teachers
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create new content and to discuss new approaches to student learning.
- Attend training sessions

YOU WILL SUCCEED WITH:
- At least a four-year undergraduate degree
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate work experience
- Eligible to work and live in China
- Native English speakers are preferred
- Non-native English speakers - minimal accent desired
- TESOL/TEFL/Teaching license is a plus, not necessary
- Prior teaching experience is preferred

COMPENSATION DETAILS:
- Base salary of 20-22.5k per month pre-tax (junior position)
