Responsibilities
lOrganize classroom lectures and coursework
lPrepare materials and activities
lAssign homework and interesting exercises
lIdentify students with special requirements and create individualized plans
lDetermine exam and assignment grades
lProvide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior
lKeep a record of students’ attendance and grades
lResearch new language teaching methods
lManage classroom crises and resolve conflict
lInform parents about their children’s performance
lCollaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience

lBSc/BA in Relevant majors, MSc is a plus
