Do you enjoy and having experience in dealing with litigation matters?
We are looking for a dedicated Litigation lawyer to:
• manage (or supervise) significant civil and criminal litigation cases for the wealth management, investment bank and asset management divisions in booking center Switzerland, often in a cross-border context
• report on the bank's litigation risks and mitigating measures to senior management, the Board of Directors, our external and internal auditors and regulators
• advise other legal teams regarding strategic and litigation-related topics, including international legal and administrative assistance
• give clear and concise legal advice to our businesses and functions
• think strategically, making decisions that have real impact for our business, customers and employees
