Responsibilities:

• Responsible for dealing customers by Online Chat System ;
• Respond quickly and accurately to customer enquiries ;
• Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive product knowledge ;
• Work closely with other departments and team members to maintain high level of service ;
• Required to maintain typing level of performance both in Chinese and English ;
• Ability to communicate via online chat in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Strong written communication skills in both Chinese and English ;
• Type Faster - MUST be able to type at least 35 wpm both in Chinese and English ;
• Customer orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution ;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Familiar with the major operating systems of different platforms which are not limited to Android OS and Windows would be a strong plus ;
• Experience in Customer Service or Telemarketing would be an added advantage;
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Outlook Express

Working Hours:

• 5-day work a week (Monday-Sunday, including Public Holiday)
• 15:00-00:00, 8 working hours required
