Responsibilities:
Identifying and quantifying player-impacting issues and executing mitigation actions
Leveraging prior live issues and having the awareness to anticipate and escalate incoming problems
Live game monitoring - building, maintaining, and drawing actionable insights from product health dashboards
Live incident management - identifying, escalating, and quantifying critical player-impacting issues and outages
Live build deployment - publishing and supporting multiple software releases and hotfix deployments per week
Coordinating between multiple disciplines, teams, and offices to bridge the gap between development and operations
Qualifications:
Passionate gamer, understands product features well enough to rationalize how the issue impacts a single player, and then quantifying the broader scope of impact.
Experience with Cloud-based technologies (AWS preferred)
Working proficiency with scripting languages such as SQL, JavaScript, python, etc.
Experience with software build and deployment tools such as TeamCity, Electric Commander, Jenkins
Excellent in-the-moment problem-solving skills and the ability to break large problems into manageable and actionable pieces
Ability to communicate equally effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
Flexible availability - including on-call - and strong time management skills
Experience working in a NOC / realtime monitoring environment a plus

对在线游戏充满激情的核心玩家,充分理解游戏产品的特性,能够挖掘出影响玩家体验的各类问题的原因,并量化出该问题造成的影响面
有处理云技术(AWS优先)的工作经验
能够熟练使用脚本语言进行工作,比如SQL, JavaScript,python等
有软件发布工具的使用经验,比如TeamCity, Electric Commander, Jenkins
具备突出的实时问题解决能力,并且能够将大型问题细化并逐一击破
能够针对技术问题有效地与技术及非技术人员进行沟通,并保证同样的沟通效果
具有很强的时间管理能力,并且能够灵活机动地调配自己的工作时间,并能胜任一些需要随时待命的工作
具备网络运营中心或实时监控方面工作经验者优先
