Our client, a Corporate bank in Central,  is looking for a high caliber to join

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the loan business, including mortgages, SMEs, businesses, syndicated loans and overseas mortgages;
• Manage process improvement projects to streamline workflows and procedures;
• Manage system changes involving design, testing and implementation;
• Closely work with business, marketing, control and risk departments for new product development, customer service improvement and credit risk management;
• Handling management and regulatory reporting of bank loan portfolios;
• exercise controls to meet internal and HKMA requirements;
• Maintain safe custody of title deeds and other security documents;
• Liaise with the legal department, prepare loan document templates, and communicate with internal and external lawyers;
• Conduct operational risk controls to ensure operational integrity of the department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree;
• Familiar with Hong Kong mortgage related matters, including valuation matters;
• Familiar with banking, at least 8 years of loan processing, at least 2 years of manager level;
• Familiarity with Hong Kong's loan business and settlement process is a must;
• Strong service quality control and process improvement skills;
• Good written and communication skills in Chinese;
• An in-depth understanding of the HKMA's regulatory requirements for lending operations, particularly mortgage loans, mortgage securities company products;
• Legal knowledge about contract law, property transfer and loan related documents is essential.
