Lobby Bar Attendant

 Primary Responsibilities主要职责

• To serve beverage orders according to the established service sequences and procedures, in the Departmental Operations Manual.
• To be familiar with menu and beverage terminology.
• Ensure sufficient quantities of glassware and bar utensils are available prior to the opening of the bar.
• Obtain adequate stock from stockroom as per request sheet.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as required by the superiors both within and outside the hotel.

• 按照既定的服务序列和程序，配合饮料的订单，在部门运作
• 熟悉菜单和饮品专业术语
• 确保在酒吧营业前充足的玻璃器皿和吧台器具
• 根据订单从库存中及时取货
• 执行上级交付的酒店内外的其他职责及特殊项目
