Here is a snapshot at some of the responsibilities you will hold:

• Support head of local e-commerce in gathering local insights, monitoring flow analysis and suggesting new ideas across e-commerce levers
• Analyze daily and weekly trading reports. Liaise with key internal stakeholders within Revenue Management, Marketing and E-commerce
• Act as a key point of contact to all hotels in the market, ensuring first level of support on web direct and web indirect levers 
• Assess hotel content across all online platforms (e.g.Tripadvisor, Booking.com. All.accor.com)
• Coordinate hotel onboarding or farewell for all digital levers
• Close cooperation with hotels and with Nortern Europe E-commerce teams (11 countries) to implement actions plans

Your experience and skills include: 

• Experience in e-commerce and a good understanding of all web channels
• Very good Russian oral/written as well as advanced English are a must
• Experience in working with clients (hotel owners, hotel Directors, Hotel Operations or Franchisee will be an advantage
• Experience in reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau, GA) will be an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Good analytical skills
• Experience in Hospitality will be an advantage
